Terms & Conditions
The terms on which we supply products to registered healthcare professionals and clinics.
Last updated: 12 September 2026
1. These terms
These terms apply to every sale made by [REGISTERED COMPANY NAME] (“we”, “us”), company number [COMPANY NUMBER], registered office [REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS], through this website.
We sell business to business only. These terms are not consumer terms, and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 does not apply to purchases made under them.
2. Who may buy from us
Accounts are available only to healthcare professionals and clinics who are appropriately registered and qualified. When you register you must give accurate details of your profession and registration, and you must tell us promptly if they change.
We verify each account before approving it, and we may decline or withdraw an account at our discretion.
3. Prescription-only medicines
Some products we supply are prescription-only medicines and may lawfully be supplied only to practitioners entitled to obtain them. Access to those products is restricted to accounts we have specifically approved for that purpose.
You are responsible for holding the necessary qualifications, registrations and indemnity, for prescribing and administering lawfully, and for obtaining informed consent from your own patients. We operate under wholesale dealer authorisation [WDA(H) LICENCE NUMBER].
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm that the order has been accepted and dispatched. We may decline an order, including where a product is unavailable, where pricing was displayed incorrectly, or where we cannot verify your eligibility to purchase it.
5. Price and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and exclude VAT and delivery unless stated otherwise. Trade pricing is available to approved accounts and is confidential to your account.
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider, or on the terms shown on your invoice where account terms have been agreed in writing.
6. Delivery
We deliver to addresses within [DELIVERY TERRITORY]. Estimated delivery times are estimates only. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; title passes when we have received payment in full.
Temperature-sensitive products are shipped under cold chain. You must inspect every consignment on arrival and tell us within [INSPECTION WINDOW — e.g. 24 hours] if goods are damaged, short or have arrived outside their required temperature range.
7. Returns
Because these are medical products, we can accept returns only where the goods are unopened, undamaged, within date, have been stored correctly, and where you have obtained a returns authorisation from us in advance. Prescription-only medicines that have left our control cannot be returned to saleable stock.
Nothing in this section affects your rights where goods are faulty or were supplied in error. Full details: [LINK TO RETURNS POLICY, OR STATE THE PROCESS].
8. Our liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or indirect loss, and our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for that order.
We are not liable for any clinical outcome arising from your use of the products. Clinical judgement, technique and patient care are yours.
9. Your account
Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for orders placed through your account. Tell us immediately if you believe it has been used without your authority.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
